As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile app.
CHROME Federal Credit Union’s website and mobile applications do not knowingly collect information from children. Should a child whom we know to be under the age of 13 send personal information to us, we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, seek parental consent or provide parental notice.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
CHROME Federal Credit Union utilizes email marketing services to communicate with members. CHROME Federal Credit Union will periodically send emails promoting our products and services, or those of our affiliates, to members for whom we have recorded email addresses. All members who receive the marketing emails will have the opportunity to opt out of this service at any time by simply clicking the unsubscribe button. As always, all members can opt out by contacting us using the methods described in this policy. Some communications are essential in order for CHROME Federal Credit Union to properly service member accounts. Such emails are not applicable to unsubscribe and opt out measures.
By providing telephone number(s) to us at any time, you authorize CHROME Federal Credit Union and its designees to contact you regarding your personal account(s) or business accounts for which you are an authorized signer at such numbers using any means, including but not limited to placing calls using an automated dialing system to cell, VoIP or other wireless phone number, or by sending prerecorded messages or text messages, even if charges may be incurred for the calls or text messages; and you consent that any phone call with us may be monitored or recorded by us.
