Annual Membership Meeting 2026

Join Us for The 55th Annual CHROME FCU Membership Meeting 

Celebrate the credit union difference and take part in the democratic philosophy of CHROME. As a member, you’re a member-owner, and invited to attend this year’s Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2026. You will enjoy an informative meeting with an overview of your credit union’s last year and networking opportunities with CHROME staff, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.

The evening's event:

Date & Time: Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
 
Location: Racetrack Branch, 440 Racetrack Road, Washington, PA 15301
 
5:00 p.m. Come early to enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and networking with other members, senior leadership, board members, and employees.
 
5:30 p.m. Meeting Begins: Learn about CHROME's activities in 2025, including a word from our Chair of the Board, Bob Greek, and President & CEO, Broc Sleek. 
 
Member Milestones: Each year, we will be celebrating members who are celebrating their 30, 40, 50, or 60 year anniversary with CHROME Federal Credit Union. These members have received invitations in the mail and are encouraged to attend and be recognized. Each year, moving forward, we will continue to celebrate members who hit these milestones. 
 

The meeting will end promptly at 6 p.m.

Meet Our Board of Director Candidates 2026-2029

 

Tim BlakeTimothy Blake: As a member of the CHROME FCU Board of Directors, Timothy Blake leverages over 20 years of healthcare experience to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Currently a Senior Strategy Analyst with UPMC Health Plan, Tim has held various leadership roles in healthcare quality and health economics. His commitment to service began in the United States Marine Corps, followed by his tenure on CHROME’s Supervisory Committee. Tim holds a degree in Professional Communication and Information Systems from Robert Morris University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, reflecting his dedication to process improvement and organizational efficiency.

 

Mary Ellen WestMary Ellen West: Mary Ellen has been a member of CHROME FCU since its inception and has been a board member since 2016. She is honored to serve on the board of the credit union that her father, Tony Bebout, helped found over 50 years ago. Mary Ellen also served on the board of Citizens Library. She currently works part-time for a local accounting firm. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandsons. 

 

 

 

Broc Sleek

Broc Sleek: Broc currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CHROME Federal Credit Union. Broc has over a decade of service to the credit union, including eight years on the Board of Directors and a previous tenure as Vice President and Chief Digital Officer. His extensive marketing, operations, and technology background and strong business acumen provide a reliable perspective and leadership for our credit union. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in business. Broc also earned his MBA from Salisbury University and holds a Certificate in Financial Crimes Investigation from Utica College. 

 

 

John Foody

John Foody: John Foody serves as Treasurer of the CHROME FCU Board of Directors and previously served as Board President of Alcoa Pittsburgh Federal Credit Union. He served on the credit union’s board for more than 30 years and provided interim executive leadership during a pivotal organizational transition leading up to its merger with CHROME. John retired from United States Steel in 2024 after serving as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, where he held global responsibility for procurement across the U.S. and Europe with oversight of more than $10 billion in annual spend. In this role, he maintained direct accountability for large-scale financial commitments, liquidity-sensitive supplier structures, contract risk, and enterprise cost performance, which leveraged his expertise in financial oversight and risk governance. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s degree from Antioch University.

 

2025 Community Impact Report

 

Being a member-driven organization means that we not only care about your financial success but also the well-being of the communities we serve. In 2025, CHROME Federal Credit Union  continued its commitment to social responsibility through various charitable initiatives, including: 

  • 1,344 volunteer hours served to the community by CHROME employees.

  • Delivered financial wellness activities to over 650 high school students in southwestern PA through 5 Financial Reality Fairs, including our first 8th Grade Reality Fair.

  • More than 275,322 pounds of produce boxes were handed out to the community through the Salvation Army Monthly Produce Drive Thru with the assistance of CHROME volunteers.

  • Partnered with over 70 local community organizations to enhance quality of life.

  • 199 miles walked by CHROME employees and family members to support local causes. 


In 2025, members who have a CHROME Kasasa® Checking Account were paid back $244,212.
